OUR BACKGROUND
Our Story
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Jonathan Spero—founder of InHouse Physicians, a health and wellness company serving the meeting and events industry—faced a perfect storm: rising payroll costs, employee burnout, and cumbersome manual processes slowing everything down.
Determined to rein in spending while protecting his team, Dr. Spero launched an internal initiative to rethink how work got done. The goal was clear: use automation and AI to improve margins, reduce workload, and create a healthier workplace.
The results were eye-opening. What started as an internal solution for InHouse Physicians quickly drew interest from other organizations asking: "Can you do that for us?"
With 30+ years of experience in the meeting industry, Dr. Spero knew the problems intimately. To build the solution, he partnered with Chhatrapalsinh Zala, a Microsoft-certified automation specialist who had already proven his expertise building AI-powered systems for Fortune 500 companies.
Together, they combined deep industry knowledge with specialized automation expertise to build something bigger and more scalable. That collaboration became AI4Meetings.
We saw a consistent pattern across the industry: the meeting and event world runs on operationally intensive, highly repetitive processes that are historically inefficient and prone to error. The technology existed to fix this—but it wasn't being applied in a way that truly served meeting professionals.
